With over 15 years of experience in various roles, including HR business partner, training and development manager, compensation and benefits manager, recruiter, and trainer, he has built a career centered on accountability and empowering others to reach their potential. Angel is deeply passionate about people and their capacity for growth, creativity, and resilience, and is committed to fostering environments where individuals can thrive.

Outside of work, Angel is a proud father and Army dad, as well as a weekend DJ. Whether drawing inspiration from a lesson from the Jedi or a journey to a galaxy far, far away, he finds motivation in stories of hope, teamwork, and the belief that even one person can make a difference.
